At Fatima Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all Fatima Arts tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
